Buildering is described as an energetic mix of bouldering, parkour, gymnastics, stage fighting, and the style of BMX riding/skateboarding and seems like Vancouver is a hot spot for this crazy little twist on going for a leisurely stroll..

..maybe I'll do the next set of City Surf tours around the best Buildering sites in a city!! ..might be too niche at this point --
