saw some really amazing, pure talent a few nights ago at the Boat in Toronto - owen pallet - doesn't look like he's really received the noteriety he deserves yet..his music and creativity was really something to see. try to catch him live if you can..

Buildering is described as an energetic mix of bouldering, parkour, gymnastics, stage fighting, and the style of BMX riding/skateboarding and seems like Vancouver is a hot spot for this crazy little twist on going for a leisurely stroll..

..maybe I'll do the next set of City Surf tours around the best Buildering sites in a city!! ..might be too niche at this point --

..don't intend to make this blog about my new business but I would like to occasionally use it as a place to hear what people think, want and don't want in a service like this..

so far for toronto I'll have audio walks designed for kensington, chinatown, st lawrence market, yorkville and the annex..

if you know of any cool little hidden-away places in these hoods let me know..

if you think I'm missing an area of toronto entirely, let me know too..

...for those who are wondering why I've been somewhat of a slacker on the blog lately, I have a very good reason..I've been working away on a business idea for some time now, and I (soft) launched it recently!!

how does it work? simple - you download the tour and map of a neighborhood, listen to the tour when you're there, and find out all about the cool local spots that half of us normally miss when we're traveling.

..the site is not loaded with the full range of tours yet, but gives you an idea of what the concept is all about. Take a look and listen to the sample tours!

... 39 countries on all 7 continents...lots of the same bad dance, but the video has an amusing feel to it, maybe it's the music..
